Participant Waiver & Declaration

By continuing with this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in the Bidgee Dragons Inc. Come & Try Dragon Boating Session on 19 September 2026 involves physical activity and water-based activities and carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury, falling into the water, capsizing, collision, illness, serious injury or, in rare circumstances, death.

I confirm that the participant is 10 years of age or older, is fit and able to participate, and has provided Bidgee Dragons Inc. with any relevant medical, allergy, injury or other information that may affect their safe participation.

I agree to follow all reasonable instructions provided by Bidgee Dragons Inc. coaches, officials and volunteers, comply with all safety requirements, and use any safety equipment or personal flotation device when directed.

I understand that Bidgee Dragons Inc. will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, but that the inherent risks associated with dragon boating and water-based activities cannot be completely eliminated.

To the extent permitted by law, I agree to the terms of the Bidgee Dragons Inc. Participant Waiver & Declaration, including the release and indemnity provisions contained within that document.

I consent to Bidgee Dragons Inc. arranging appropriate first aid, medical assistance or emergency treatment if reasonably required during the event.

For participants under 18 years of age, I confirm that I am the participant's parent or legal guardian and have authority to provide this consent on their behalf.

I confirm that the information provided during registration is true and accurate and that I have read, understood and agree to the Bidgee Dragons Inc. Participant Waiver & Declaration.

By continuing with this registration, I confirm our acceptance of the above terms and understood and agree to the Bidgee Dragons Inc. Participant Waiver & Declaration and consent to participation in the Come & Try Dragon Boating Session on 19 September 2026.

Parent/Guardian acknowledgement required for participants under 18.
