Hi Everyone,

Bunnings BBQ – Expression of Interest - urgent response required.

Bunnings has offered us Sunday, 20 December 2026 for a BBQ sausage sizzle fundraiser. The next available date after that isn’t until March 2027, so we need to decide fairly soon whether we can take up the December date.

Before we confirm, we need to make sure we’ll have enough people available to help out on the day.

We do realise this is the day after our Christmas Party on Saturday, 19 December, so we completely understand that it may not suit everyone.

If you think you would be able to lend a hand with the BBQ, could you please let us know as soon as you can? 

Once we have an idea of numbers, we can work out whether we have enough volunteers to go ahead.
